My clients bought this home knowing they'd fully renovate before they ever moved in, and they invited me into the process from the beginning which is always so helpful. The layout of their downstairs wasn't ideal and lacked a bathroom guests could use. These clients love to entertain, so we went to work right away figuring out how to add a half-bath to their floor plan. Under the stairs, there was an unnecessarily huge closet, so we split it in half and made half of it the bathroom and half of it a storage closet. You can see there is more than enough room!
