Full Renovation Design

Initial site-visit to scope project and get to know client’s wishes

Work with client to assess needs, wants, appropriate budget, etc.

Hone in on client’s design style through back-and-forth process

Develop comprehensive design plan that includes:

Room layout (including cabinet configuration, where appropriate)

Paint colors (walls, cabinets, trim, ceiling)

Countertop material and aesthetic

Tile + grout color (backsplash, shower, bath surround, other)

Sink, sink hardware, cabinet hardware, & appliances (if applicable)

Lighting

Flooring
-
3-D renderings when helpful to the project (see below)

Other design aspects, as needed

Pre-construction meeting with client to hand-off plans and prepare client for remainder of the project

Source materials (can purchase for reimbursement) & work with vendors, if necessary
