Interestingly, this was actually our third flip on this street, but the most recent construction of any of our flips. Because of that and the condition the home was in, there wasn't a lot to do here other than cosmetic work. We kept the bedrooms and bathrooms really simple and added just a little interest in the kitchen and living room. This was the first time we kept the existing cabinet boxes in the kitchen and just replaced the door fronts. I was really pleased with how it turned out - fresh and updated!
